How to duet on TikTok

Open the TikTok app on your Android. The icon is black with a white music note in it. You can find it on your Apps menu.
Find a video you want to create a duet for. You can find videos that are suggested to you on your feed, or head to a specific user's profile to find one of their videos. To find a video of someone you're following:

• Tap the white 
   
  icon on the bottom-right.
• Tap the Following button on your profile page.
• Tap the friend you want to duet with.
• Find your friend's video you want to record a duet for, and tap on it. This will open the video in full-screen.
• Tap the Share button. This button looks like a network of connected circles on the right-hand side of your screen. It will open your sharing options on a pop-up panel.
• Select Duet on the Share menu. This will take you to the video creation page.
• Note that this only appears when you have an account, so make an account when you have none.
• Create your duet video. Tap the video camera button at the bottom of your screen to record your duet over your friend's video.
• Tap the Next button. This is a red button in the lower-right corner of your screen. It will take you to the Post page.
• Tap the red Post button. This will post your duet video on your profile.
  • You can optionally add a caption to your video here before posting.
